MAKES: 4-6 servings

  • 1 pound Blackwell Angus ground chuck, 80/20

  7. Once the french fries are cooked, turn the broiler on in the oven.
  8. On a baking pan or sheet, make a pile of fries and put the barbecue beef over the fries; top with cheese and place under the broiler until the cheese melts.
  9. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.
